On the lessonday,
Please bring;
- swimming suit,
- ＵＶプロテクション・ラッシュガード
- beach towel.
We prepare;
- Pick-up (from your hotel to the lesson beach),
- UV protection shirt,
- UV sunscreen,
- A bottle of water.
